RESERVATION TERMS

 

ADVANCE PAYMENT:
Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total reservation price when booking the service, through PayPal (Xoom.com), Deposit, or Bank Transfer.
•    Reservations for 1 night or with Discount and/or Promotion require full payment in advance at the time of booking.
•    Regular Rate Reservations: (more than 2 nights)
- 50% ADVANCE payment upon booking.
- BALANCE settled in Cash, in local currency, upon check-in.
- We do not accept card payments at the accommodation.
•    PayPal Payments: For sending money from abroad to Mexico: Xoom.com (PayPal). Money transfers online to Bank Account (BBVA) or VISA Debit Card.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Guests will be charged the total reservation price if canceled at any time.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
•    In case of late arrivals or early departures, there are no refunds, date changes, or prorating.
•    Date changes only with prior notice and availability, minimum 15 days before the reserved date. Subject to rate change according to season. One change only.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
Cash deposit in local currency will be requested upon arrival at the Hotel and will be refunded upon check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected.

PROMOTIONS and/or DISCOUNTS:
Apply when making Full Advance Payment and minimum 2 (3) nights stay according to season. 1 night: Promotion does not apply.

CHILDREN:
•    1 child under 4 years old FREE. Exclusively in Double Room. Occupying existing beds, we do not have extra beds.


IMPORTANT:
Hotel Quinta Mar y Selva may charge additional fees that are not detailed in the reservation. Supplements are not automatically calculated in the Total Amount and must be paid separately, in Cash, during the stay.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND SUPPLEMENTS:
•    Cash Deposit to cover possible damages: MXN 500.
•    Extra child (5-10 years old): $200 per night, occupying existing beds, no additional beds or supplements available. Restrictions apply. Prior notice required.
•    Stained or painted bed linen and towels, lost key.
•    Replacement of towels or linens, for stays less than 3 days.
•    Damage, malfunction, supplement not included in your rate.
•    Room change request: If the change is requested once the room is occupied, there will be an extra charge. Subject to availability. Restrictions apply.
