SAFETY AND HYGIENE

 

APPLICABLE IN QUINTA MAR Y SELVA HOTEL

 

 

At the Hotel Quinta Mar y Selva, the necessary safety and hygiene measures are carried out to protect and guarantee the health of clients.befores and staff. For this reason, some services and facilities may be limited or unavailable.

 

Actions that are carried out:

  • CLEANING AND DISINFECTION frequently on surfaces with increased traffic and handling, as well as common objects: railings, door handles, remote controls, keys, light switches, sinks, toilets, etc.

  • CLEANING AND DISINFECTION in areas of greatest contact such as reception, counter, stairs, bathrooms, entrances/exits, chairs and table in the pool and terrace area.

  • CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY IN THE RECEPTION SERVICE.

  • Hygiene gel.

  • Optional use of face masks at Reception.

  • Informative signage in common areas.

  • Maximum capacity in Reception: 1 person per shift, minimum distance 1.5 m.

  • CLEANING OF ROOMS IN SAFE CONDITIONS.

  • Cleaning and disinfection of the rooms before your arrival

 

 

The Hotel Quinta Mar y Selva carries out some sustainability practices that help reduce ecological damage to nature. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. 

That is why we have modified some services:

  • Common bathroom area temporarily out of service.

  • Pool/beach towel service not available.

  • Replacement of towels. They are replaced exclusively for stays longer than 3 nights. Please spread them inside your room to dry.  

  • CLEANING: The cleaning service and staff access to the room will be restricted, they will only enter daily to remove garbage and replace toiletries.

  • Maid service is available upon request. If you require cleaning service, please leave your room key at

  • Cleaning service every 3rd. Day: From 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
